CS2000 Station
CS2000 stations store, control and supply the lubricant to systems. Depending on reservoir size, they can be used in systems that service anything from small tools to large machinery in steel mills. Also, from small to large off-road machinery, such as power drills, power shovels and drag lines.
Dualine Valve
The Farval Dualine valves were invented nearly 100 years ago and has become the industry standard valve for all Hydro applications. DD Valves are dual line valves that are completely hydraulic in operation. They will deliver either oil or grease, are fully and individually adjustable in regard to discharge quantity, and are equipped with operational indicators. Each DD valve serves two bearings. However, by a simple method of cross-porting, it will serve one. For example, a four-valve block can actually serve anywhere between four and eight bearings.
Enclosure for Dualine System
Bijur Delimon is the market leader in plug-and-play automatic lubrication systems. Enclosures are designed to house and protect mechanical and electronic components from harsh environments, for use installations where dust, dirt, oil, water, or other contaminants are present. All enclosures include subpanels and assembly of your system mounted inside the enclosure.
