An automatic lubrication system from Bijur Delimon significantly increases bearing life, leading to improved performance in the factory that you can rely on. Our systems are carefully designed to meet the requirements needed to operate in a food-grade environment. We offer pre-assembled enclosures that eliminate the guess work on what is required for your equipment. There are no sophisticated controls required and enclosures are available for “wash down” CIP conditions.

OVERVIEW
The Air-Oil system delivers high efficiency lubrication for fast moving cooler chains and other applications requiring accurate oil deliveries, in combination with air flow. The Air-Oil Unit is versatile and allows multiple configurations from 1-8 outlets that enable systems to be designed to suit various applications.
APPLICATION
This new Air-Oil system replaces our Mist lubricators. These new units lubricate with a fine Air-Oil mix that lowers air consumption and reduces oil fog.
The SureFire II lubricator is available with an on/off timer (no monitoring) or a controller (monitors oil level and pressure switches) making it easy to adjust lubrication cycles for the racetrack style coolers.
Typical systems include four outlet Air-Oil blocks with four nozzles. Additional Air-Oil blocks and nozzles can be added to the system.
SureFire II
The SureFire II Lubricator is an automatic, robust and durable pump. Its compact size is designed to fit your space requirements and lubrication demands. The SureFire II Lubricator is a self-contained electric motor-driven gear pump that can adapt to a broad range of production machinery. The PDI version can handle oil or fluid grease for single injectors or injector groups serving up to 100 lubrication points. The SLR version uses oil to supply resistance fittings or resistance fittings groups serving up to 100 lubrication points. The SureFire pump’s versatility also allows it to perform with other lubrication system types and multiple applications.
