CS2000 Station
CS2000 stations store, control and supply the lubricant to systems. Depending on reservoir size, they can be used in systems that service anything from small machine tools to large machinery in steel mills. Also used in small to large off-road machinery, such as power drills, power shovels and drag lines.
Drum Pump
The PM35 Pump is a compressed air-operated reciprocating piston pump designed to pump all types of mineral greases. Suitable for installations with medium length piping to supply up to three grease outlets simultaneously. This pump is mounted directly on 35 lb. pails or 120 lb. and 400 lb. drum.
DD Valves
DD Valves are dual line valves that are completely hydraulic in operation. They will deliver either oil or grease, are fully and individually adjustable in regard to discharge quantity, and are equipped with operational indicators. Each DD valve serves two bearings. However, by a simple method of cross-porting, it will serve one. For example, a four-valve block can actually serve anywhere between four and eight bearings.
DR45 Reversing Valve
The reversing valve alternates the flow of lubricant through the lines of Dual Line systems, so that lubricant is directed first to one supply line, and then the other, during system cycles. The reversing action is automatic, controlled hydraulically by the action of a pressure sensing mechanism within the valve.
