Follow the steps below to return a Bijur Delimon product.


For product return, contact your designated Regional Sales Manager or our Customer Service Department.


Fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
Note there is $150.00 evaluation fee, which will be waived on all product returned where we find there is an actual factory defect. Please provide a purchase order to cover the evaluation fee.
*Note all information must be provided on the form. Provide as much detail as possible including serial numbers or date codes from the product where applicable, so we may better service you.


If an immediate replacement is needed, you must submit a purchase order for the replacement following the normal order protocol. Once the returned product is evaluated, if a factory defect is found and your account is deemed in good standing, we will then issue a credit. If it is determined it is not a factory defect, you will be contacted for disposition and no credit will be authorized (ex: return to customer, quote for repair, scrap at BDI).


All product must be shipped in protective materials to prevent damage during return shipment to Bijur Delimon Kinston (2685 Airport Road, Kinston, NC 28504) and must note the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the carton and any documentation included in the carton.


Product accepted back for instances such as the ordered wrong or cannot use are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Note the product must be received back in the original packaging and evaluated as being new and resaleable. No credits will be issued until the product has been evaluated.


Custom or “bespoke” products and products “made to measure” are not returnable except in cases of a manufacturer’s defect.


Upon return of the product, it will be evaluated by the Bijur Delimon team. If required, the product may need to go back to a Bijur Delimon Supplier for an evaluation and you will be notified of the analysis once it is complete.


If the reported merchandise is not properly returned to Bijur Delimon Kinston within 60 days of the creation of the RMA, the case will be closed in our system and assumed invalid.
