Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Director to further develop and maintain an effective sales strategy within BDI. Within this role you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales teams, planning and executing sales to existing and new opportunities in our sectors. This will include Lubrication in all of our business sectors, Oil Recirculation Systems, Conveyor and TLM, as well as a new business opportunity in Air Conditioning. You will require experience in managing a team and have a proven track record in growing and developing sales. You will report directly to the Managing Director and become part of the senior management team. You will be expected to forecast sales and order activity and be involved with the yearly budgeting processes. A flexible approach is required for this role. Ideally you would be situated within a 2-3 hour commute of Hereford head office.

Summary:
For this new position, we are seeking an Operations / Commercial Director who will oversee the day to day activities within Lubrication, Cooling Water Systems, Oil Recirculation Systems, Process Cooling, Installation, Conveyors and TLM. You will be involved in managing our ability to respond to quotes and work in conjunction with the Sales teams and Managing Director. You will ensure the safe and efficient running of external installation and site-based personnel. Summary:
We are seeking a Commissioning/Test Engineer to join our Lubrication, Cooling Water Systems, Hellan Strainers and Air Conditioning Divisions. You will need a broad base of skills and abilities to work effectively with our existing engineers. You will be expected to learn via experience and exposure to all facets of our Lubrication products and applications. You will require a sound knowledge of Cooling Water Systems, pumps & chillers. You will need a sound knowledge in electrical diagnostics and the ability to learn both Siemens and Eaton control systems (training in house for this will be provided). You will need to be F Gas registered and have worked with Comfort and Close Control Air Conditioning as well as Chillers.

Working away from home will be part of the job. Working at Hereford head office for product testing will be necessary. You will be expected to make foreign trips as and when required and share this requirement with other engineers. Foreign trips can be extended periods of time, 3-4 weeks in some cases.

Summary:
Due to recently securing a large site-based Maintenance Contract, Denco Lubrication are seeking a full time General Administrator, based at our Port Talbot Unit, Purcell Avenue Industrial Estate. The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective full administration and support role to the management team working on this site. To assist with verifying weekly timesheets and clocking data and to administrate sickness & holiday requests, assisting with arranging labour for shut down periods as and when the schedule dictates. Duties will include general admin, filing, scanning documents etc. and supporting our site-based staff. You must have the ability to work to deadlines and deal with a range of tasks at the same time. Having a positive “can do” approach and being able to work on your own initiative is essential. This is a varied and challenging role and would suit someone with previous experience working within a fast-paced environment. Hours of work are 20 - 25 per week, Monday to Friday. Relative qualifications in business administration or customer service, and previous experience of using SAP would be advantageous.
