Bijur, Farval and LubeSite become Bijur Delimon International
Merger creates a company with the widest lubrication system offering in the marketplace
[Morrisville, NC – May 1, 2008] Bijur Delimon International, a global leader in centralized lubrication systems and components, today announced the legal merger of Bijur Lubricating Corporation, Farval Lubrication Systems and LubeSite Systems Inc. into one entity. The new company name will be Bijur Delimon International.
Bijur, Farval and LubeSite have each made significant strides in becoming dominant players in the centralized lubrication industry, and enjoy a long history of success. Bijur has provided products for light-industry since 1923 and Farval has been focused on heavy-industry since its inception in 1926. LubeSite opened its doors in 1974, but has developed a niche market in providing spring-powered lubricators for various industries.
The global headquarters for Bijur Delimon International will remain in Morrisville, NC, with its North America manufacturing and warehouse facility in Kinston, NC.

The Customer Experience
Customers will see minor changes as the new company name is rolled out, such as new business forms and a new Web site. However, their corporate and regional contacts will remain the same, as will their authorized distributors.

The Bijur Delimon Name
The Bijur Delimon International name has been used for more than 2 years as an unofficial “umbrella” company on some documentation and at trade shows. This official merger continues this strategy by making Bijur, Farval and LubeSite official brands of Bijur Delimon International.
